Poem Boxes
The tenacious are the brave.
Who don't expect anything.
From a wasteland they emerge
Despite danger all around.
It's not that they are fearless,
Just the way they have to be.
Knowing you are different,
Also unsure what that means,
With confidence so fragile
You expect yourself to fail.
Tentatively you rise up,
Golden for one brief moment.
Would we follow your example.
As a flower, not a weed.
